Adjacent to Jefferson Square Park in San Francisco, Konrad is an eight story (Type I), 125,000 sf, mixed-use project consisting of 95 luxury condominiums, 61 space subterranean parking garage and sanctuary for historic St. Paulus church.      

Point Martin

Another Maracor residential development project, located in Daly City, is the 133-unit Point Martin, town home development. 

The Osgood

Adjacent to the future Irvington Bart Station in Fremont, The Osgood is a six story, modular, mixed-income, multifamily project consisting of 112 units, a podium level courtyard and 76+ parking spaces.       

The Ashbury

Located within the South Bascom Urban Village in San Jose, The Bascom is a six story, modular, mixed-income, multifamily project consisting of 130 units, a podium level courtyard, a 2,475 sf ground floor commercial space and 65+ parking spaces.  

802 S. First Street 

Located within the Martha Gardens Specific Plan in San Jose, 802 S. First Street is a six story, modular, mixed-income, multifamily project consisting of 246 units, a podium level courtyard, a 4,662 sf ground floor retail/restaurant space and 75+ parking spaces.  

Bascom

Located within the South Bascom Urban Village in San Jose, The Bascom is a six story, modular, mixed-income, multifamily project consisting of 130 units, 2,475 sf of commercial space, a podium level courtyard and 65+ parking spaces.     

Skyline

Located in the Oakland Hills, Skyline is a three story, multi-family project consisting of 20 units, 3,000 sf of ground floor commercial space and 38 parking spaces.  

Fairbanks Ranch

Fairbanks Ranch is a single-family residential community of 129 homes located in Turlock, California. The lots sizes range from 8,000 to 17,000 square feet. The 3 to 5 bedroom single-story residences range from 2,338 to 3,063 square feet.

Fiddyment Ranch is a three-story multi-family project located in Roseville, California. The project consists of 330 units, a 6,000 sf leasing/ fitness center and 577 parking spaces.

Osgood Apartments South

Adjacent to the future Irvington Bart Station in Fremont, The Osgood Apartments South is a six story, modular, mixed-income, multifamily project consisting of 100 units, a podium level courtyard and 50+ parking spaces.  

The Saratoga

Located in Santa Clara, The Saratoga is a six story, modular, mixed-income, multifamily project consisting of 200 units, half an acres of open space, a podium level courtyard and 95 parking spaces.
